This was my first experience staying in an Airbnb and it was great! The place was clean and cozy. Great location within walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Host provided restaurant & coffeeshop recommendations which was very helpful!

For a last minute weekend getaway, the Exchange spot was perfect. We were able to easily explore downtown Winona - loved Blooming Grounds and Pete’s Beirgarten, the Boathouse, and the short drive to Blowdoe Bakery! Coming from the cities, it was a bonus to stop in Wabasha and see the eagle center, fun to drive to WI and experience Kinstone, and land back in the evening to play cribbage and get a very good night sleep in the king bed! Would recommend this for your next trip to Winona.

Had such a lovely stay here, it's super close and local to everything you need. The building is lovely and bed is very comfy! Host was amazing and super flexible and accommodating for my last minute extended stay. Would highly recommend staying here anytime and will definitely be back!
