This was my first experience staying in an Airbnb and it was great! The place was clean and cozy. Great location within walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Host provided restaurant & coffeeshop recommendations which was very helpful!

My studio at the Exchange was clean, comfortable, and homey. I could cook in or eat out, as it was only a block from a well stocked grocery store, as well as an easy walk from various cafes and restaurants. The home book was informative but not overwhelming, and the host responsive. All around, a good experience.

Sydnee was a great help! Very attentive and personable. We loved our stay (3rd time) We tried to book for June 2026, but there were no openings…do you have a “waiting list?”

Love staying downtown Winona and the Exchange did not disappoint! The history of the building is so neat and the way they made use of the old vault is so unique! Highly recommend!

This is the perfect little kitchenette type Airbnb for a weekend or mid week stay. It’s about the size of a typical hotel with a kitchenette but it’s not cookie cutter. It has a comfortable king size bed and a nice couch. It’s in a great location with lots of stores, coffee shops, restaurants, and bars within walking distance.

We had a great stay at The Exchange. It was located in a great location, right in downtown Winona within walking distance of a lot of different shops, restaurants, and bars which was great. The building itself was very clean, quiet and we really enjoyed our space. It had everything we needed for the weekend, and we really appreciated the precise instructions on how to enter the building, where to park and things to do in the Winona area!

For a last minute weekend getaway, the Exchange spot was perfect. We were able to easily explore downtown Winona - loved Blooming Grounds and Pete’s Beirgarten, the Boathouse, and the short drive to Blowdoe Bakery! Coming from the cities, it was a bonus to stop in Wabasha and see the eagle center, fun to drive to WI and experience Kinstone, and land back in the evening to play cribbage and get a very good night sleep in the king bed! Would recommend this for your next trip to Winona.

The exchange was perfect for us. Easily accessible, close to everything we wanted to see. Room was clean and organized and had all the basics. The building was clean, beautiful and unique. Matt was easy to communicate with. We will definitely be back!!

Had such a lovely stay here, it's super close and local to everything you need. The building is lovely and bed is very comfy! Host was amazing and super flexible and accommodating for my last minute extended stay. Would highly recommend staying here anytime and will definitely be back!
